New stroller

Lucy got a stroller last week and has had so much fun putting things in it and pushing it around.

Lu had her second piece of cake at my brother's birthday party on Monday. She was hilarious with it. She had the entire family in stitches!

Lucy and I are so blessed to have such a wonderful man in our lives. John is an amazing dad and husband. God has given us a true gift in this man. And as you can see, Lucy ADORES him. She still only says, "Dadda" and has yet to say my name. Poor me. :(

Recently..

CHEESE!! Happy Monday from the Niemann's. We have been very busy lately. We moved the first weekend in May to a townhome less than a mile from my parents. We have lots more space now and still get to see my parents every day. Lucy has a real room again and it is so nice to see her sleeping in a crib versus a pack and play! She started walking a week after her first birthday. She is now into EVERYTHING! Unpacking was quite a chore with her around. She is into cabinets, drawers and closets.

13 months.

She is starting to look long and lean. She was only in the 50th percentile for weight at her last checkup. That is a BIG change from her pre-moblie days.

One of Lucy's favorite new activities...picking up sticks. She put this one in her mouth right after the picture. I told her if she did it again mommy was going to take it away. Of course she did so I confiscated the stick and chucked it across the parking lot. She thought that was hilarious and clapped and cheered for me.
