May dad passed away July 14th. I still cry typing these words. It sucks.

So, lately Lucy HATES having her photo taken. I have to bribe her to get even the faintest smile. Well, last week I discovered a new "game". It's called, "DON'T SMILE!" I guess reverse psychology is hard at work at three years old.

Lucy came down the hall and encountered a photo session Mommy was having with Millster.

Lucy: "Mom, what are you doing?"


Lucy: "DON'T TAKE MY PICTURE!"


Mommy: "Lucy, DO NOT smile!"


Mommy: "Don't do it!"


Mommy: "NO!!"

Birthday #2

Lovely Lucy on the morning of her 3rd birthday. Daddy got her purple tulips.


We had a Little Einsteins birthday party at ASI Gymnastics. I was pretty proud of the cupcake toppers I made!

Birthday Party #1

We had such a nice visit in Nashville and my family went ALL OUT celebrating Lucy's 3rd birthday. She was treated like a queen and we are still trying to bring her back to reality! Mom bought an adorable cake, decorations and party favors. And Danny and Susan made a fantastic potato bar! She received some fantastic gifts and had a blast! Thank you David, Cathy and Katelyn for driving in to see us, as well as Rick, Laurie and Michelle!

Airplane

The girls did great on the airplanes. We had a good time and Lucy was thrilled that the airplane (Southwest) was PURPLE! When we landed Lucy proclaimed, "Flying is Wonderful!"

March 21

I am loving life with two girls. Especially now that I am sleeping more. Millie (Mills, Millster) is almost five months old and Lucy will be three in just a couple of weeks. Millie is such an easy baby and Lucy is keeping us in stitches. Here are some photos from today. They are really starting to enjoy each other.
